We were first time home buyers looking for potential homes on Zillow when we came across Martin Cai. One thing I liked about him was that he knew all about the bay area real estate market and brought to our knowledge the factors affecting a property which we didn't even know existed. He could predict quite accurately how much a house gonna sell for. He responded to our calls on time and even helped us understand the loan application process and closing step by step.
